Need To Make A Return?

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the original ship date. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, unworn and unwashed with tags still intact. Failure to meet these requirements will result in your return/exchange being denied. Bodysuits and swimwear must be returned with the original protective adhesive strip fully attached or it will not be eligible for return/exchange.

The cost of return shipping is $7.00 for any number of items and will be deducted from your total refund. You can also request store credit. Store credit will never expire.


To initiate a return, you can contact us at shopxogypsyrose@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. All items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us within 72 hours of the reported delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we are contacted outside of the 72 hour time frame or the item(s) is tampered with, we unfortunately cannot issue a return or exchange.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. If preferred, you may request a store credit instead, which will be issued as an e-gift card.
